•Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
• To ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures
with full and clear information and that they are inputted accurately and
promptly onto the system.
• To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and 'in person' enquiries.
• Receiving and sorting daily mail.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
•Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
• Performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions.
• Data entry onto internal systems
My responsibilities were Receive payment by cash or credit cards, Greet customers when entering the establishment, Maintain clean and tidy checkout area,
Receiving the phone call for order of home delivery, Receive and check daily products from suppliers.
I was in internship with this company, where I used to do accountant work, scanning, emailing, answering phone calls, Copying and going outside for government office work.
• Balance sheets reporting.
Checking, calculation and processing of management fees, rebates and
revenue.
• Preparation of periodic financial statements, cash flows and associated notes.
• Preparing financial statements, including tax returns.
• Strong Excel skills
