- Budgeting Process for NI.
- Sales Processes and Tools for NI.
- Collect NI relevant market information, in the daily contact with the Branches.
- Request the development and/or adaptation of product, based on the market requirements.
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy in NI sales reporting.
- Managing the estimation and pricing.
- Manage sales push plans.
- Support the branches for complex sales and product issues.
- Coordinate the sales activities of the Regional Sales Managers.
- Support Branches in processes and tools.
• Study & analyse tender documents, inquiries received from the Branches Sales.
• Send & follow up inquiries to Schindler factories.
• Prepare costing sheet.
• Prepare commercial & technical offers to Branches Sales.
• Prepare technical documents / submittals to Branches Sales.
• Attend clients meetings for technical support.
• Order Schindler Elevator and Escalator systems.
• Coordinate with the Layout Department for providing the Drawing.
• Technical Consistency.
