The project was to install and implement an new hr software For the group (4 radio stations, 9 magazines, and 3 restaurants)
My Responsibilities was the following -
• Manages the personnel needs of the company and is responsible for the screening,
• Interviewing and training of new employees.
• Also coordinates employee maintenance, plus updating manuals and job descriptions, and assists management with all personnel matters
• Implementing the new Menaitech ( Hr software) for the group, this includes create job
• descriptions for all the employees, unifying job titles, creating a hierarchal structure for each department, designing the recruitment cycle, creating a check list for the employees files and double check their completeness, regular forms designing and creating, creating web application form for the job seekers.

( Note, the group had only personnel department, not an actual Hr department with all the sub departments, and that software had all hr modules that there goes under the hr concept , that means I couldn’t impalement the software without having the base of this software which is actual hr department with the whole sub modules from scratch )
