• Requirement gathering and analysis on the Business impact of the applications.
• Preparing Functional Document and Change Management Documents.
• Interacting with the Business team to understand the requirement (mostly in Arabic) and further communicating the same with the development team (in English).
• Preparing Test Plans from the Business user’s point of view.
• Performing Unit Testing for new releases. And getting the sign off for the new release from the Business team.
