Performing change implementations, routing changes, upgrades and patches

§ Intelligent Networks operations that include - Comptel Eventlink, Onlinelink (Prepaid /Postpaid Charging system), PCRF --Ericsson SAPC ( TSP platform), NETSCOUT for capturing traces .
§ . Operation and maintenance responsibilities for troubleshooting the issues in real time operations support and resolving within SLA by performing Level2 & Level3 tasks
§ Implementing configuration changes, patches, upgrades and performing Major/minor/Emergency activities
based on the MOP and requirements essential for the operations.

§ VAS operations that includes-, SBR-AAA server, Location based server , Cisco SCE8000, SMSC, SIGOS- performing test cases
. Performing change implementations, upgrades and patches

§ IN Operations which includes Ericsson IN (Charging system / CS 5.3 ) entities such as SDP, CCN, OCS, EMM, AIR and Voucher server. Performance statistics of real-time voice/SMS traffic.

§ Performing routine IN health check and troubleshooting analysis on nodes
§ VAS operations that include- SMSC (Airwide), MMSC , Roamware \[Mobileum\],
§ Performing regular VAS health check analysis on nodes by execution of redhat linux and shell scripting

supporting VHA, Vodafone hutchison Australia network by Providing endtoend support for the network elements such as SGSN, GGSN VAS nodes, content management servers etc. Resolving the issues within SLA .
