Review purchase requisitions and directing RFQ’s, negotiate and shortlist the quotations and arrange the meeting with sales representatives if necessary.
Issue the purchase orders against the approved quotations from senior manager in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms & conditions.
Follow-ups with PO, resolve problems to speed up delivery of orders
Update the pricelist frequently and forecast demand & price for priority materials.
Random site visit to ensure the deliveries with correct quality & quantity, and to control misuse of materials and comprehensive asset protection.
Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety.
Maintaining records/ procurement filing (Original PO, DN copies, GRN receipts)
Souring the raw materials as per the approved MR from Production department.
Placing orders for finished goods through private labeling if necessary.
Managing a team of up to 10 warehouse assistants, schedule and approve their OT
Arranging deliveries and collection of material - Handled Logistics operations in GCC countries, USA, UK, Jordan, Singapore, India, Turkey, Russia & China.
Coordinating racking, storing and maintaining high standards of materials handling.
Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively (LIFO&FIFO)
Maintaining ERP & paper based administrative records (DN, GRN, ISP, RCP)
Customs clearance & port way handling and shipping documentation (BL, PL, LC)
Responsible for the entire warehouse operations where 2000+ sku’s are stored
Planning of procurement, production, inventory control, logistics and distribution.

▪ Liaising with forwarders and overseas companies to arrange collections.
