1) Independent correspondences through highly professionalized
mailing systems (maintaining efficient follow-up of mails especially
with overseas suppliers, customers, banks, insurance cos., etc).
2) Banks related operations like opening of Letter of Credits, sending
documents to customers on Collection Basis, close monitoring and
negotiation with banks upto the realization of these instruments
In respect of bank charges and collection process. Familiar with
bank’s credit facilities like cheque discounting, L.C. acceptances
discounting, overdraft, etc. as the part of company’s overall fund
management. Monthly bank reconciliation of multi-currencies
bank accounts ( around 12 bank accounts)
3) Cash management - acted as both main cashier and petty cashier
daily cash audit and cash account reconciliation system.
4) Updating and generating daily transaction reports like sales
purchases, cash, etc.
5) Following up and updating of customers(both overseas and local)
with the help of Bi-weekly Ageing Reports of Receivables.
6) Prompt settlement system for suppliers with the help Ageing report
of Payables.
7) Preparation of montly income statements like Trading and Profit
and Loss Account.
8) Preparation of Cash Flow Statement on as and when is needed
basis.
9) Budgetary Control - Preparation of Cash Budget, Sales Budget and
Purchase Budget with the assistance of sales and purchase departments,
Expenses Budget and Master Budget on periodical as and when basis.
Variance Analysis - Comparison between the budgeted standards
And actual results, finding variances, analysis the cause of variances
For minimization and achievement of targeted standards.

10) Co-ordinating Accounts-Sales-Purchase related activities.
11) Routine office administration.
12) Yearly Finalisation - Preparation of Trading and Profit and Loss
account and Balance Sheet.
