Job Responsibilities:
• Setting up the central kitchen and the outlet kitchens as per the requirements of the new cafés.
• Preparing full Ala Carte Menu & developing new products for the cafes according to the market Dynamics and do the Costing for the same.
• Communicating and negotiating with the vendors for the raw materials & the equipments then ensuring proper quality of products is received.
• Training the crew members about the products, presentation, company standards, food hygiene, machine safety and the service standards which is to be followed.
