Responsibilities:
Elicit and gather customer functional requirements for Maximo implementation
Analysis and design solutions architect for gaps points between customer business & forms and MAXIMO
capability & reports; for Helpdesk management (workshops and related detailed documents).
Customize and configure Maximo as necessary to meet user functional requirements.
Design technical and functional specifications for Maximo applications.
Instruct related IBM official courses.
Implement Maximo software roll-out according to project schedules.
Trained customer core team in all related project stages (core team training, operational training and end user
training).
Administer operational Maximo system
Consulting and supporting projects Go-Live activities (Provide end user support for implemented Maximo
functionality).
Provide technical and functional consultation for adoption of base Maximo capabilities.
Manage the related tasks of workflows, applications design, escalations and etc…
Manage Data loading and uploading tasks.
Installation and configuration of Maximo Enterprise Adapter for Oracle Applications.
Integrate MAXIMO with some of other applications such as Bar-coding, Cognos and etc…
Develop and manage the required reports and KPIs that fitting customer business needs through all database
platforms (Oracle, DB2 and SQL) using MAXIMO reporting service tool BIRT (Business Intelligence
Reporting Tool).
Troubleshoot both of reports and BI objects.
Support technical solutions which would include interactions with database.
Support MAXIMO integration interface.
Develop supplementary application functionality.
Quality control for deployed solutions.
Handling all POCs related assignments.
