3. Preparing monthly work achievements reports.
4. Preparing and filling social insurance and payroll sheets.
5. Coordinating between technical office and financial department.
6. Designing and preparing the company’s presentations.
7. Reviewing cash payments.
8. Data entry.
9. Following up cash and checks collection.
10. Assisting in financial department administrative work.
11. Transfer banking internal and external.
12. Contacting foreign suppliers and following shipments and logistics.
13. Follow up management requests and preferences: Hotel reservations, international flight booking and prepare their meetings.
