Maintain Performance Management Documents (Annual Performance Forms, Personal Employee Development Plans, etc.)
•Logistics of Performance Management Event including: (Setting Deadline for completing the annual reviews, preparing managers to conduct the reviews effectively, following up with departments and remote sites).
•Develop the orientation and deliver it to new joiners.

•Translate several documentations vary from construction, engineering, architecture, legal and others such as official letters, royal reports, manuals, technical reports, invoices.
