Work with all project disciplines to supervise and ensure understanding of
total project schedule needs and integration of schedule activities.
 Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan.
 Supervise project schedule, manpower and quantity reporting and to ensure
the preparation and presentation of the Critical Items Action Report.
 Supervise project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine
criticality of schedule activities and recommend alternatives for schedule
improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision.
 Manage and support planning activities of the contractors/team chosen to
execute the program of work
 Interact with project site management and client counterparts for specific
planning and scheduling tasks.
 Provide comments and recommendations for planning and scheduling
requirements relative to staffing and project control.
 Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and
assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings.
 Monitors work progress & prepare weekly report of each assignment.
 Ensuring all procedures and specifications are submitted to the client for
review and approval.
 Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at
construction site.
 Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of
work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the
project.
 Controls project costs by approving expenditures.
 Assess potential contractors’ and vendors’ schedule capabilities.
 Assist and manage implementation of detailed PRIMAVERA schedules when
applied to a project operation, and monitors work productivity against
established norms.
 Participate in developing and presenting designated subjects in training
classes and on-the-job training programs.
 Participate in work permit receiver/orientation course performed by SABIC
affiliate clients
