• Manage end-to-end production of color, black, white, and additive masterbatches across
multiple application lines.
• Plan production schedules, manpower allocation, and batch control activities to meet output
and delivery targets.
• Optimize formulations for stable production output and cost efficiency.
• Scale up products from laboratory trials to commercial production runs.
• Monitor in-process quality parameters and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support sales team with grade selection, customer trials, and technical service activities;
manage sampling, feedback, and approval cycles.
• Conduct reverse engineering and reformulation of additive and competitor masterbatch
products to support customer qualification and sales wins.
• Coordinate with production for planning and quality consistency across Injection, Film
(BOPP/CPP), Woven, and Non-Woven applications.
