a)Prepare and Monitor the Procurement plan for projects and ensure that the items are purchased/
ordered in line with the overall schedule and in accordance with the contracted time of completion. (
b)The scope also includes overseas items that needs to be ordered )
c) Obtain Project handovers from the Design department and ensure that such handovers are complete with all required technical /commercial details .
d)Follow-up and obtain missing details / specification from Design / sales or any other department that is required for timely completion of the Project.
e)Provide updated to client representative on the progress of the project and the site works.
f)Assist / help project engineers in obtaining quotes from subcontractors in their absence to avoid delays on site activities.
g)Prepare the Overseas delivery request form and coordinate with logistic controller and Operations
manager for the delivery / handling of the overseas orders.
h)Monitor and ensure that the Furniture Installation on site is done only after the project engineer inducts the site team . ( Furniture installation checklist form, as per ISO procedure)
i)Verify if the local purchase order requisition is in line with the budget and specification.
j)Ensure that maintenance request/ complaints from clients are addressed as per committed timeline.
k)Operations controller to work closely with the Operations manager and allocate task to the project team accordingly.
l)Documents and follow-up for the Project handover certificate immediately upon project handover /
completion. ( Prompt the Project engineer to complete all snags in a prescribed time frame)
m)Monitors and ensures that Project engineers obtain statutory completion certificates for projects
and obtains related payments and deposits on time.
n)Operations coordinator to assist / help the project engineer in online applications / documentation to apply for completion certificate.
