• Determine selection criteria of the new vacancies and lead the end-to-end Recruitment process across the group i.e. Middle East, Europe, Africa and U.S for all luxury divisions; watches, eyewear, perfume, shoes, jewelry and accessories including Triboo - ILG (Joint E-commerce venture of ILG and Triboo)
• Define and execute on Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategy across the group
• Work closely with Business units to identify staffing needs and setting timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate internal Transfers within the group.

• Lead and identify high potential talent introducing and utilizing Talent Assessment tools.
• Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g. job boards, social media platforms and professional network.)

• Initiate the onboarding process of the selected candidates.
• Recommend new approaches, policies, strategies and procedures to promote HR best practices while ensuring their alignment with brand values, guiding principles and the Group strategies.
• Manage Talent pool to fill in future vacancies in timely manner
• Design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Ensure and oversee achievement of recruitment needs as per the plan and develop talent for succession planning
• Manpower planning - Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by Business Units and prepare annual recruitment budget. Manage budget allocation, staff cost and benefit plans
• Lead the new joiner's orientation.
• Ensure smooth exit of the departing employees by leading exit formalities.
• Coach and advice to employees on HR related matters and establish trustful relationship with the HQ’s, Boutiques’, Kiosks, international and Regional offices teams
