Roles & Responsibilities:
•Define requirements and monitor those through to implementation. Collaborate with vendors to implement enhancements. Develop and maintain implementation and enhancement project plans. Manage project with specific focus on deliverables, tasks, and due dates.
•This role tasked with implementing and developing an IT infrastructure, such as software, technical solution or fix, into a company or an organization. I also handle the budget, the deadlines, and the general organization.
•Creates Project Status Report on a regular basis, distributes the report to stakeholders, and posts the report to the project workspace. Assigns tasks to resources and gathers information from the team when updates are made.
•In the broadest sense as a PM I am responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
•Strong leadership and ownership skills. Strong leadership qualities such as being able to motivate my team and drive them to maximum performance so that they can achieve the goals.
•Implementation is the process that turns strategies and plans into actions to accomplish strategic objectives and goals. Implementing our strategic plan is as important, or even more important, than our strategy

•Extracted the database records from production server and supplied to corresponding clients Request

•Imported information through MS-Excel, finding errors and solved through SQL server by running queries.
