Leading and coaching a team of 17 hotel based Directors of Six Sigma (Project Managers - “Black Belts”), 80 hotel based “Green Belts” (Part-time Project Managers) and a Regional Manager Procurement.
A portfolio of 52 hotels in Africa and the Middle East, reporting directly to the Divisional President Africa & Middle East.
As a member of the Divisional Leadership Team, on a corporate level fully responsible for the operational management & strategic planning of the divisional marketing organization.
Coaching a team of 4 Corporate Directors and 1 Manager, covering the following areas of responsibilities: public relations, advertising, creative services, partnership marketing, sales administration & training, room reservation & revenue management, and world-wide reservations.
Leading and coaching a team of 52 hotel based Directors of Marketing.
