•Initial inspection by given production order. (Checking materials by given production order).
•Checking enclosure of received panels based on customer requirement like INDOOR and OUTDOOR panels (IP/TYPE test).
•Follow NEMA specifications by specific fine goods production order.
•Check wiring by the given diagram before energizing the Panel.
•Inspection for installed electrical equipment.
•Preparing NCR and SR reports against the construction to avoid the wrong installations.
•Meeting with the workers to give briefing on the standard installations.
•Documentation and daily reporting to the higher management.

TESTING

•Prepare design for Electrical systems pertaining to commercial, residential and industrial construction.
•Review and establish daily tasks.
•Handling works at more than one site.
•Resolve issues related to electric systems or devices that arise during the course of construction, quickly revise plans and resolve issues to prevent delays.
•Work closely with planners and utility providers to determine when project milestones need to be completed to avoid delays and subsequent cost overruns.
•Installing the electrical equipment as per given approved layout.
•Coordinate material arrangement required for daily works.
•Managing the manpower.
•Monitoring the workmanship.
•Monitoring Cable laying, glanding and termination works.
•Cable testing (MEGGERING) LV/HV.
•Handling Electrical Control Panel Board Assembly and Wiring for non IBR boilers (Thermic fluid Heater) up to 60hp motors control by Assemblers.
•Record the route card for daily production.
•Troubleshooting Electrical Control Panels
•Boiler commissioning (Steam Boiler up to 800kgs/hr, Thermic fluid Heater up to 40 up to one lakh kilocalories per hour)
•Troubleshooting Non-IBR Boiler Heater component.
•Technical support for wiring and testing of Control Panel for Boiler.
