• Report to designated consultants on client’s status and to the Area or Country Manager on sales
and operational matters
• Carry out sales and operational activities as requested by the management
• Manage and run the customer care department
• Conduct training sessions to ensure that the user understands benefits of using website tools and
basic functions of Bayt.com
• To leverage this relationship ultimately to promote Bayt.com products and services and motivate
repeat client usage
• Shortlist and screen candidates for various positions (internal & external)
• Train Bayt.com employees globally on system usage and procedures
• To promote positive client experiences on Bayt.com
• Monitor and maintain station operational status and ensure the safety and comfort of passenger
movement in the station premises
• Carrying out and leading emergency procedures (Both stations and trains)
• Control and mitigate overcrowding in stations and ensure smooth flow of passengers
• Deliver essential messages to passengers (Making public announcements)
• Handling station cash flow
• Provide ticket sales, train services information and respond to passenger inquiries
• Meet and greet customers and provide a highly visible and pro-‐active level of customer service
• Render all possible assistance to customers, in particular those with special needs
Responsibilities as a agent :
• Provide customer with product and service information
• Handle customers’ requests in a courteous, efficient and timely manner
• Up-sell products and services
• Recommend process improvements
• Identify research and resolve customer issues
• Handle voice mails, call backs and billing
Part time supervisor :
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Handle bank calls.
• Specialize in assisting irate customers
• Train and supervise new agents
• Complete call logs and reports, handle bank calls & take on the role of operations supervisor when required
Completed GCE Cambridge Ordinary Level.
