Key Result Areas:
• Preparing Clause 14 / 8.3 Contract Master Program based on Contract Requirement
• Communicating agreed program and coordination schedules with project team
• Coordinating and integrating sub-contractors with the project program and ensure compliance with the program requirements
• Regularly updating the project program as per the actual site status/ records
• Coordinating the collection of data and issue the Project Progress Reports (Weekly/ Monthly) as per project requirements
• Advising Project Manager of progress slippages to activities for corrective action to be taken
• Attending Progress and other relevant Meetings as advised by the Project Manager
• Committed to DSI HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative offices
• Evaluating and analyzing the progress through updated status reports in various formats based on the contract schedule in order to provide performance assessment
• Reviewing and evaluating the subcontractors schedules & reports and recommend necessary actions
• Conducting and participating in the progress and coordination meetings to discuss status of the project
• Providing recommendations when actual progress deviates from scheduled progress in order to re-align to an on time completion
• Facilitating problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction
• Ensuring that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/ records
• Identifying problems in the planning, execution, manage and delivering multiple projects
