Ensure good welding by inspect of welding electrode specification, Preheat of Electrode, Maintain Electrode Temperature and Current Setup.
Orderly collect and manage/check documents certifying tests, controls and inspections documents, ensuring that all welding and testing related records from a complete package and reflect the “AS BUILT”.
Maintain records of Welding Procedures, Welder Qualifications disqualifications, rejects and repairs to ensure that factual and complete information is available to respond to requests and recommendations of Quality Assurance Auditors
Review electrode selection, storage & maintenance
