• Cutover plan: The Jawwal Siebel implementation entailed the deprecation of 15 legacy systems and the integration of with 5 other legacy systems. This created a complex scenario where certain systems had to be shut down or connected to in certain specific order requiring a detailed and complex cutover plan.
• Instrumental in the Change Control Board (CCB) to review and prioritize defects and managing defects using JIRA.
