•Daily Cash Management: Handing, Closing, Reporting, and Liaising with Etisalat Finance Team and Trans Guard
•Sales and Revenue Reporting: Sales Activities, Categories, and Achievements, Revenue Breakdowns, and Target Variance Analysis
•Staff Performance Supervising and Reporting: Preparing Weekly Duty Schedule and Monitoring Attendance, Follow up Individual and Unit Sales Activities and Target Achievements, Staff Monthly Appraisals and Overall Performance
•Stock Control and Reporting: Stock Activity Reporting and Requirements, Regular Stocktaking and Stock / Sales Reconciliation
•Maintaining Customer Service Levels as per Etisalat Standards and Following Customers’ Complaints up to finalization
•Planning, Organizing, and Executing Marketing and Sales Campaigns within the unit for new Products and Services offered by Etisalat
•Liaising with Etisalat Management, Admin, HR, IT, Marketing and Finance.
