Inspection and Supervision of Various Structural and architectural Steel Erection/installation and Fire proofing activities (Cementitious and intumescent) at site and ensure all the operations are carrying out as per Approved Method Statement and project quality procedures.
Arranging and coordinating weekly and monthly project progress meetings with client and main contractor.
Allocation of manpower on the basis of work priority, follow up with line supervisors and foreman to ensure that daily, weekly and monthly targets were achieved.
Submission of materials and tools requisitions and follow up with procurement department as per site requirement, BOQ, IFC and Shop drawings.
Guiding site supervisors for site dimensions and coordination with design team for the preparation of Fabrication drawings and Erection markup drawings in line with the approved shop drawings.
Submission of the Work Progress and Inspection Progress reports to Project Manager and Quality Manger and Propose ideas to improve the work performance standards at site.
Coordination with QA/QC Engineers and Site Supervisors for the monthly progress report, inspection/installation status and forward to Commercial department for monthly invoice preparation and submission.
Preparation and submission of highlighted leasing plans and Shop drawings to Main contractor projects and commercial team for work progress and invoicing purpose.
Monitoring Subcontractor installation activities at site, prepare reports and arrange monthly progress meetings with QC Engineers and subcontractors on behalf of project manager.
Planning and performing Subcontractor factory visits for material inspection for grade, country of origin and finish on the basis of MTC and Third party test certificates, layout, Fit up inspection and weld visual inspection during the fabrication stages there by ensure the project quality requirements are achieved.
Preparation of Method Statement and Inspection Test plans for various jobs.
Preparation of Relevant Inspection documents for client/consultant Inspection and coordinate with client inspector for Hold and Witness Point inspections.
Arrangement and coordination of third party inspections like Mechanical and Chemical testing of Materials, NDT, and Pullout for Bolts, coatings etc. for Consultant/Client Acceptance.
Raise non-conformance repot and Site observation reports in case of any deviations from project quality requirement and submit to the operation team/subcontractor for immediate corrective action.
American Society for Non Destructive Testing(ASNT) LEVEL II in •Ultrasonic testing •Radiographic testing •Magnetic particle testing •Liquid penetrant testing •Completed training programme in HVAC Engineering from
