Lead initiative for company adherence to best practice recruitment procedures.
Participate in the developments of goals, objectives policies and procedures for Recruitment Department
Plan and direct a comprehensive recruitment service to other departments in accordance to the company policies and UAE rules and laws.
Contribute to the development and execution of a competency based performance management system, in particular when selection potential staff and developing position description.
Oversee preparation and administration of annual departmental recruitment budget.
Manage, execute and develop recruitment services and procedures.
Work with educational providers to recruit high school students and University graduates with skills necessary to support long-term workforce requirement.
Constantly analysis the effectiveness of recruitment techniques and make recommendations regarding changes including improvements and/or changes to existing policies, procedures and process.
Assist in the wage of the salary program to include recommendations for changes in position titles and salary ranges in particular for local Market.
Consult with business partners and stakeholders to identify the training needs and factors that impact performance
Contribute and execute on the annual training plan with learning that meet business goals and accommodates specific learning needs.
Respond to Training and Development requests from various internal customers and provide research and guidance to internal customers relative to training and development options
Emiratisation: Monitor level of Emiratisation through specific statistics related to the Emirati Nationals.
Continuous Improvement of subordinates.
Reports: Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate departmental reports related to E- learning programs.
Ensure the maintenance of existing training content
Follow training document management practices as required and appropriate for the project, in conjunction with applicable standards, including template design, branding; version/change control; naming conventions
