• Working in collaboration with various asset teams as SME`s role in the Design, Architecture, Implementation, Configuration, and operation of the company's SCADA systems .
• Ensuring that SCADA and field automation equipment are configured in accordance with company, industry and regulatory standards and or contractual requirements.
• Responsible for undertaking continuous process improvement studies and projects; designs and provides technical training; compiles safety policy and procedures; and formulating corrective action where needed.
• Position collaborates and monitor and ensure compliance.
• Further responsibilities include in: various SCADA systems, wireless communication devices (I/O radios), Process Logic Controllers (PLC), Remote Terminal Units (RTU), data mapping, tag naming, universal data codes, facility naming, facility attributes, screen setup and configuration, graphics, security, polling schedules, alarming, callout, and communications infrastructure.
• The position ensures the proper integration of Process automation, compression and plant control data into SCADA or the enterprise historian to facilitate asset team decision making and to meet reporting needs or other regulatory requirements.
• Working as a SCADA System Consultant to provide support at INTECH’s Corporate Technical Services Department, ensures compliance with IT standards for PCN / SCADA control systems, active role in project design, construction, start-up, post-Start Up operating & maintenance support. Provided technical and Architectural support on Automation projects for various clients, supporting cross platform of multiple OS including Windows 2000, XP Active Directory System, User Account & Maintenance, Group Policies & local security policies, Data migration, Support Data Center activities in accordance with corporate standards This includes installing, configuring, fine tuning the server operating system, OS updates & patches, updating virus protection.
• Directly reported to (EM) Engineering Manager for (QA/QC) Quality Assurance /Quality Control of projects and customer deliverables.
• Provided valuable input and evaluation feedbacks for HRD (Human Resource Development) matters.
• Lead a team of young and energetic proffessionals with (FEED) Front End Engineering Design projects including harware and software for integrated (ICSS) Instrumentation Control and Safety Systems.

• Worked to collaborate with other team members in executing tasks such as design and architecture of system and panel drawings and interconnectivity drawings including communication drawings and instrument loop sheets and IO wiring drawings.

• Performed IO checks, loop cold tests, functional loop testing, panel IO wiring, partial stroke testing of shutdown and blow down valves .

• Performed functionality tests of output devices such as Control Valves, SDV`s and BDV`s and pumps in order to verify process control narratives and design specifications.
