• Monitor network and system performance; troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and capacity issues; perform trending
and capacity planning.
• Provide Level-2/Level-3 support and troubleshooting for network and security incidents; participate in incident
response and escalation.
• Configure and customize monitoring and alerting platforms (e.g., SolarWinds) to provide real-time visibility into
network health and performance.

configurations following change-control processes.
