- Troubleshooting and configuring switches ( Cisco, Juniper, Brocade).
- Troubleshoot on huawei DSLAMS (ATM & IP ) and MSAN cabinets.
- Troubleshoot CST problem from PE to CE, and Dealing with different
enterprise solutions (line down, flapping, packet loss, WiMax, Fiber).
- Support and configure different types of modems (zyxel, athera, adatran,
EFMs).
- Support L2& L3 MPLS VPN connections.
- Troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Handling many customer's problem internet problems and VPN problems.

- Responsible of Cisco, 3com and HP Switches & Routers Configuration.
- Designing Network Solutions, Preparing Bill of Quantity, Checklist, Managing.
- Implementation with Technical Team, Preparing Project Reports and
achieving all required targets and Keeping in touch with other colleagues,
and all other computer work related, in addition to the Internet contacts via
emails.
- Responsible for Site Survey and Doing the Bill of Material.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft office applications, VISIO.
