Maintains manpower planning records and databases according to each division needs on both short & long term.
Ensures recruitment is in accordance with GB Auto’s policies and standards
Ensure the implementation of appropriate recruitment processes for different job levels, including the use of structured interviewing and other forms of assessment, to ascertain candidates’ capabilities and their fit with GB Auto’s job requirements
Manages the search for qualified candidates and headhunting them, using databases, networking, recruitment websites.
Conducts phone interviews with the screened applicants’
applications as needed.
