 Schedule and coordinate the calibration of measuring and test equipment as per
the requirements and maintain a list of calibrated equipment, calibration plans and

process for different products, including nuts, ferrules, forgings, fittings, manifolds, and valves. These inspections are
carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
 Final inspection report for valves, manifolds, and fittings once the manufacturing process is completed, a final
inspection is conducted on valves, manifolds, and fittings to ensure they meet the required standards and
specifications. A comprehensive inspection report is prepared based on the findings.
 Knowledge of inspection activities and standards of various inspection activities, such as dimensional and visual
inspections, hydro/pneumatic testing, hardness checks, and third-party inspection/documentation. It also includes
familiarity with material grades and relevant standards like ASTM, ASME, ANSI, and API.
