JOB DESCIPTION:
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Encoding of Accounts
Monitoring and checking the status of Accounts
Recon with AGM, Department Head and telecollectors
Files document accordingly
Posting payments of the borrower
Computing the SOP (Schedule of payments) of the borrower
Doing some legal documents and file to the legal department
Making Aging (list of delinquent borrower)
Determines call schedule by reviewing priorities with supervisor;
discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products,
and price changes.
Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store managers,
department managers, and employees; answering their questions.
Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products;
removing damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves;
providing optimum display of products.
Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from
inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management.
Completes call report by observing display and pricing of competitors'
products.
Provides information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of
supermarkets in assigned territory.
Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales
service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on
product features
