- Looking after team of contracting executives who handles more than 450 Hotels contracts for UAE & Oman with
responsibilities which includes
• Negotiate supplier contracts, allocations and special promotions based on business mix.
• Support business developmental activities by contracting and/or creating niche products.
• Regular statistical analysis of bookings and trends to support review of products and rates.
• Prepare departmental marketing and budgetary plans.
• Assist accurate interpretation and timely updating of contracts, promotions and allocations.
• Register new partners, create and maintaining user rights for partners and staff.
• Initiate, plan and coordinate hotel inspections and destination experiences for partners.
• Procure complimentary rooms and other services for partners attending local Exhibitions and familiarization trips.
•Ensure updated software user manuals (Contracting, Supplier & Partner extranet, B2B).
E-commerce:-
- Looking after team who handles more than 18 online Travel Company with responsibilities which includes.
• Create and Customize excursions, tours and products to fit Online requirement
• Running a weekly product and price analysis for top selling OTA’s
• Uploading content for OTA partners extranet, assuring the best quality images and wording and best use of keywords.
• Control quality of services and reservations process for OTA customers.
• Managing attractions bulk tickets inventory for the OTA partners.
Ensure that Expedia’s customers always find the most suitable hotel, and that our hotel partners can effectively, efficiently and throughout the year, reach Expedia’s unique breath of global traveler demand.
- Role Responsibilities:
• Build and expand Expedia portfolio with hotel partners.
•Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and superior consulting services to hotel partners.
•Ensure that hotel partners’ products are consistently optimized and competitive on the Expedia sites to maximize customer conversion.
•Secure additional inventory over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers’ pressing needs.
•Secure seasonal deals and to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts.
