 Assisted End user with the functional operation of company-provided hardware and software
 Setup and maintenance of VPN connection using Checkpoint, Global Protect and WatchGuard devices between multiple locations and troubleshoot and connectivity.
 Supported corporate high-Level meeting with connections on different platforms.
 Support new hire onboarding’s to include orientation.

 Installing and configuring computer hardware operating system and applications.
