Amendment & recreation in HR policies ensuring effective implementation of Policies and Procedures to meet the local laws
Calculate joiners and leaver pay. Gain knowledge of all company procedures and policies within the group.
Applying for Bank Accounts, Medical insurance, Vehicles insurance, Medical claims & Credit cards, solve all queries related to such things.
Respond to formal and informal employee grievances, initiate letters of reprimand, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee the facilitation of all governmental transactions and documents related to employees such as: Iqama Renewal, Visas, Passports or trade license, Civil Defense, approval processing and renewals etc
Administering all the leases, insurance policies and ensuring timely payment and renewal.
