▪ Conducting psychometric tests, interviews in accordance to the recruitment and selection system adopted
at the company.
▪ Implementing attendance control system, ensuring the commitment of staff to working hours.
▪ Preparing statistical reports regarding turnover rates, dismissal from service, complaints and absence
rates for the various departments and divisions in the company and Auditors.
▪ Identifying manpower requirements and priorities and contributing in the preparation of recruitment
plans.
