• Responsible for the preparation of Baseline Schedules for two separate projects i.e. Link Road (Including Roads and Bridge) and Infrastructure & Utilities Project s per contract documents.
• Prepared a robust schedule, consisted of approximately 1800 activities for 01 Project. All construction activities assigned with Cost and resources. Project schedule comprised of the following WBS: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing and commissioning, close outs and handovers.
• Presented daily / weekly / Monthly progress reports and dash board reports.
• Monitored project schedules on weekly basis as well as progress updating in Primavera P6 Version 8.3.
• Prepared the EOT Claims and revised the Baseline after approval by client.
• Analyzing reports identified delayed activities & advised corrective actions.
• Responsible for contractual correspondence with client & subcontractors related to project schedule.
Responsible for Project Planning, Scheduling, Cost controlling, Progress reporting,
• Preparation of Baseline Master Schedule with in Primavera, by going through estimated budget documents, contract info, scope of work & drawings.
• Creating W.B.S of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical activities and weightage distribution up to level-4.
• Analyzing and presenting to management Critical Path Analysis, exposing all critical activities.
• Allocation of Manpower & Equipment to all the phases of project.
• Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Reports as per client demand.
• Preparation of Progress & Resource S-curves.
• Implementation of Base-line schedule on site, identification of LD's.
• Preparation of Recovery Plan to restrict project closer to the base-line.
• Updating the schedule weekly and giving Alarm against the potential forecasted problem to the management such as delay, etc.
• Controlling the project by noting the negative float and providing available alternative area's to keep progress on track.
• Preventing project from over budgeting at any stage by comparing Planned Revenue with Earned Revenue.
• Calculating and presenting Cost Performance index, Schedule performance index, Cost variance, Schedule variance and % Productivity to client and management.
Planning, Scheduling For CFC phase out project for SADAF, a group of SABIC, this project includes the replacement of 15 Nos of Compressors and Refrigerent R134a instead of R12 from June 2006 till Mar 2008. Served as Snr Planning Engineer at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Complex from Mar 2008 till August 2009.
