o Review/planning of Traffic Detours, review of Traffic Impact Studies & Mobility Strategies.
o Managing Traffic detour installation, Reviewing Traffic Detour Compliance (Audit) periodically against approved plans, safety measures, guidelines and maintenance of Detours.
o Review/approve/stamp shop drawings of roadway/highway design, intersection, interchange, underpass drawings.
o Preparing SORs/NCRs required to improve the TTCP and safety measures during the construction stages as required.
o Verification of design parameters as per SBF, RCRC (Royal Commission Riyadh City) Regulations, KSA highway design manual, KSA MUTCD, KSA MoMRAH road design guidelines, AASTHO guidelines and other international guidelines/standards (to fill the gaps in local guidelines).
o Managing/Supporting Logistics aspects like Pedestrian movements, material movements, space logistics, stockpile management, Incident reports, relevant to TTCP and construction activities.
o Preparing any ad-hoc presentations/reports, MoMs based on client requirements.

 Design Review Consultant services for Red Sea Global (Amaala) Project (representing Tabuk MoMRAH, Client: Amaala, a PIF initiative by Govt. of KSA)
o Design Review of roadway/highway interchange design drawings & road safety audits for regional & primary infrastructure and internal roads of Amaala Project for various design stages.
o Design Review of Traffic Impact Studies & Mobility Strategies for the developments proposed within Amaala Project.
o Verification of design parameters as per Amaala Technical Regulations, KSA highway design manual, KSA MUTCD, KSA MoMRAH road design guidelines, AASTHO guidelines and other international guidelines/standards (to fill the gaps in local guidelines).
o Preparing/supporting the management in weekly presentation reports, monthly reports and any other ad-hoc presentations/reports based on client requirements.

The AMAALA Project (part of Red Sea Global) aims to establish a unique luxury tourism destination which is located along the Red Sea, western coast of Tabuk region, KSA.

 Traffic Impact Studies for SAUDI ARAMCO and General Engineering Services
o Review/preparation of Traffic Impact Studies including Traffic Simulation modeling and Evaluation of LOS levels, Delays, Queues using Synchro, Sidra and HCS. Traffic Data Collection & Validation, Signal Warrant Analysis, weaving analysis and Traffic Impact Study Reports & other necessary Project Reports as per requirements.
o Review/preparation of Traffic signal design drawings, roadway/highway/intersection design drawings, parking layout designs, DETOUR drawings using AutoCAD/CIVIL 3D, Pavement design calculations, Material Take-off (quantity estimations) based on design drawings.
o Application of ITE, Dubai Trip generation manuals, KSA highway design manual, KSA MUTCD and other related manuals/standards required in traffic studies.
o Review/preparation of Traffic Impact Study Reports and other necessary Project Reports as per requirements.

 Engineering Consultancy services for highway safety improvement (Client: Ministry of Transport, KSA)
o Undertaking Road Safety surveys on highways under MOT, determine inadequacies & problems that affect safety & smoothness of traffic movements and recommend requirements to resolve the same.
o Reviewing DETOUR (work zone traffic diversion sections) drawings submitted by consultant/contractor and verifying DETOUR locations on site as per MOT standards.
o Analyzing black spots (frequent accident locations), visiting the locations to identify accident reasons, analyzing the accident reports and submitting reports to include suggestions to improve safety standards.

 Traffic Operations - Emaar TMC, Downtown (Dubai Mall Area, Client: Emaar Group)
o Supervising traffic operations of Downtown area, preparation & scheduling of fix time plans, fixing & varying VA (vehicle actuation) demand data as per traffic patterns.
o Identifying traffic congestions & causes to suggest appropriate measures, handling heavy traffic rush during peak times & events with appropriate prompt modifications, supporting trolley (tram) operations and providing green channels for VIP movements.
o Providing quick-win reports, delivering ad-hoc analysis, suggesting road geometry enhancements to improve traffic flows and reviewing construction activities affecting traffic movements & altering traffic signal plans to as per traffic pattern changes.
o Submitting daily/monthly traffic operations reports and incident reports as required.

 Traffic Assessment Studies - Handling various types of traffic survey data obtained from field, coordinating with field/survey engineers, site reconnaissance to collect the site related data, determining ADT & AADT, estimating growth factors based on Econometric/Time Series models for development scenarios and evaluating future Traffic forecasts.
 Supporting in toll plaza operations, planning traffic counts, validating & analyzing the data, estimating revenue leakages, suggesting the measures to arrest the leakages.

 Traffic Assessment (Bid Evaluation) Studies - Handling various types of traffic survey data, traffic correction factors to arrive at Average Daily Traffic (ADT) and Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT), traffic growth rate estimations, traffic projections and revenue forecast which will go as primary inputs to financial modeling for the bid/tender submissions.
 Traffic Impact Studies & Parking Demand Studies - Preparation of traffic studies & parking demand studies in Mumbai Metropolitan region as a part of Master plan improvement and road up gradation include assessing existing& future traffic conditions, roadway capacity analysis using SYNCHRO/VISSIM, future traffic mitigation measures, traffic study report preparations, estimating parking deficiencies in existing establishments & on-street parking demand, assessing traffic impact of proposed parking facility on adjoining roads, driveway entry/exit analysis and swept path analysis.

 Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) & Signal Warrant Analysis (SWA) - TIS include capacity analysis of existing study intersections in the influence area of proposed developments, estimating the trip generation, assessing the future traffic conditions, determining the intersection delays, queue lengths and LOS using Synchro traffic simulation software and recommending the roadway mitigation measures accordingly. SWA include investigating the requirement of traffic signal installation include study of traffic conditions and applicable factors for traffic signal warrants based on the MUTCD guidelines. These were prepared as part of submission to Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and other counties & city development divisions.
