•Worked in Cement Plant and Power Plant as Foreman and Erection Supervisor involved in equipment erection and commissioning.

Pressure Parts Handled:
Regarding Valves- When I was in The KCP Ltd we have manufactured Valve body Castings for BHEL-Vales Division, Trichy.
Type of valve body castings are: QCNRV-Quick Close Non-Return Valves in32" WC9, Class 900, 32"WC6 class 600 and other WCB in the tonnage range of 9 Ton weight.(For 500 MW Boiler one 32"WC9 Class 900 Valve Body is required)
TOA-Japanese Design- Weight range-28" Class 2500 WCB of 5 Ton weight and others 900 Kgs to 6 Ton weight in various pressure ratings.
I was Project Manager involved in complete Manufacturing, Inspection and Expediting till dispatch. I have also involved in Fettling, Up-gradation and repair welding and RT Inspection
Regarding Pressure Vessels, Columns and Skids:
When I was in The KCP Ltd we have manufactured Boilers as per "S" code and Pressure Vessels as per "U" code. We have manufactured Boilers for Sugar Plant.
