• The main objective of quality control specialists is to test the product for its intended use and make sure it per-forms up to the manufacturer's specifications and standards.
• Monitoring and reporting site progress and compliance with specification and drawings .
• Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals .
• Monitoring site progress and quality of MEP (mechanical, plumbing, electrical) works and compliance with ap-proved shop drawings and installation schedules).
• Review scope of works for contractor including budgeting & justification of MEP change work order .Inspect installation of MEP, HVAC, Fire Alarm / Fighting works .
• Check and inspect all purchased products as per the client specification.
• Attend client quality management meetings . The preparation and control project qualification system manage-ment documentation. Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
• Evaluating the company's product specifications and examining them with customer requirements.
QA Responsibility:
• Responsible to take as management system coordinator and directly reports to QHSE Manager.
• Responsible to plan and coordinate among working parties (process Owner; Sub-Process owner) to ensure documentations are align in accordance to system and process approach.
• Responsible to control all of documents and set up the IMS documentation system;
• Responsible to organize about schedule and implementation of audit activity and report the results to all process owners
• Responsible to coordinate and follow up the corrective and preventive action request
• Responsible to advise the planning calibration system and conduct audit;
• Responsible to monitor the progress and situation of Integrated Management System in organization and pro-pose solution and guidance.
• Responsible to monitor the root cause analysis of every nonconformity.
• Responsible to conduct audit and execute audit plan and audit checklist.
• Responsible to conduct management review and gather data to all process owners
• Responsible to a complete HSE inspection through conducting visual inspections; consulting with employees; and gathering information from HS&E accidents reports to identify risk lies beneath the work activities.
