To source for Sales leads and secure new customers.
Follow up on major sales leads.
Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
Develop and implement sales strategies, retention plans and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and partners.
Ensure proper market penetration in the assigned Region.
Meeting clients and finalizing the comprehensive Facility Management deals.
Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new contracts.
Closely track Competition activity.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Managing overall business development functions, protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
Trade with the clients as (Danube Hyp, Tamimi, Euromarci, LuluHyp, Arabian Food Supply, Aramco, Al -Muntazah Market & Some other customers in Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah Location) and HORECA Business.
Work with the key accounts manager to develop account specific business plans and measure performance against set standards (presence, product, promotions and pricing).
Achieve monthly sales target.
Identify new business opportunities and partners.
Implement annual Business Development Agreements.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Ensure LPOs Collected and products delivered on time.
Control credit notes and payment collection.
Ensure Customer outstanding in well with in agreed credit terms.
Coordinates sales effort with supply chain, accounting, logistics, and marketing and technical service team.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

Responsible for managing the sales team and reporting to sales manager
Managing to sales process to Waqla, Hotel, Catering co., Super market and Hyper market like Tamimi, Lulu, Danube, Arabian Food Supply, Aramco, Al -Muntazah market etc… in Al Khobar and Dammam location in Saudi Arabia from initial opportunity through to the securing of the client purchase orders and working with operations and supply chain to achieve successful delivery of key projects.
Explore, identify and develop new customers in the territory.
To be company's "eyes and ears" in the market and report on competitive activities.
Communication with customers on issues relating to their upcoming orders and shipments. Coordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of products, and to advise customers of stock status. Maintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities.
Deliver growth and revenue sell-through targets from each business partner/Hotels/retails-outlets.
Manage all the account partners to perform against short and long term company goals across the whole sales proposition.
Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the retailer management teams Retail partner outlet, Hotels and distribution center.
Provide sales consulting/ training on the existing company products/ new products to the key account retails staff.
Responsible for making sure the partners have the correct order backlog in place.
Undertake new accounts development initiatives with proper market survey,

Managing the customer journey (Customer relationship management).

Responsible for enhance the Sales area of verity of sugar by promotional and marketing activity.
Handling the team of Sales motivators and Merchandiser. Transport Management for sugar supply.
