As this is connected with our all 6 divisions and 27 subdivisions. Our staff at all level are entering data which is stored at Baroda Server ( i.e. GUVNL - GEB Head office) • All technical, Administrative, HR, Payroll, Account Receivable & Payable, Inventory is covered under E-urja project ( ERP system) • Monitor and provide help for smooth running of the system and rectify the problems faced by user upto sub division level. • To look after the functioning of WAN System ( includes Router, Switch and modem) connected with One Acre Server and LAN having 25 nods, which includes Three switches and one Hub. Also, trouble shooting of minor problems of Network problems. • To Solve DBA level problems i.e. in case of crash of Hard Disk, reinstallation of Oracle, create Database and reload backup of database in Oracle 9.i. • To create Master file and maintain the Oracle based System having module HT Billing and T&D Losses System, which is developed under Oracle 9.i and reports using D2K. • To process and printing of reports of Payroll System, Financial Accounting System, CPF System, EPS System, T&D Losses system. • To monitor and trouble shooting of Sub division level System viz. Cash Collection System which is operated by sub division's Cashier. • Training to users, • TO keep track of stock of computer Stationery and other peripherals like Ribbon cartage of CD's, HP Printers, Epson Printer.
