Review of consultant designs
1. As Built Drawings For Qatar University Buildings
- Preparing as built for 46 buildings in Qatar University and getting approval from government authorities if necessary. The as built is prepared by mininum available data and repeated site visit for each building.
- Responsibilities:
o Prepared detailed Electrical drawings, single line drawings, ELV drawings and BMS drawings for 46 buildings.
o Prepared the missing load list and cable schedules for the project.
o Interfacing and coordination between Architectural, Mechanical and other service disciplines as well as clients, project managers and all other concerned parties on a regular basis.
o Works related to Design Development and Construction Project Management.
o Preparation of the report for the contractor material submittals.
o Getting QCDD approval and concerned authorities approval.
Design and build the New Doha Port project. Prepare all the specification and drawings and co-ordinate with CAD designers and the managers for the drawing delivery to the client.
Prepare drawings and specifications for major infrastructure and road projects.
Electrical Design of building, substation and towers and responsible of getting the approvals from the concerned authority.
