Responsibilities:
• Responsible for tendering of construction work and bidding activities.
• Manage a construction process to meet the project schedule.
• Driving/organize construction team and monitor a daily plan to meet project schedule and quality.
• Manage cash flow and budget of the project to keep highest profit and company performance.
TRADING SECTION:
Manage and organize the team of Overseas Trading and Marketing Team to achieve the target of company, trading of special materials and equipment, petroleum products and etc.
Position : Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Search for materials source comply with client requirements and coordinate with vendor or manufacturer.
• Responsible for overseas coordination including planning of trading network in South East Asia, Europe and South America.
• Plan/manage/execute the trade of steel plates, tubes, alloy sheet and pipes & fitting in local area.
• Manage the overall process of all activities due to company organization and project.
Representation:
Manage and organize fabrication team including staff and sub-contractor to complete work due to schedule and project requirements. (MRT Purple Line PJ and TMP2 Malaysia PJ)
Responsibilities:
• Plan/manage/execute process on steel fabrications including steel structure, tanks and vessel.
• Assign/manage/monitoring work task with company organization.
• Coordinate with client for all construction activities and responsible for tendering and bidding activities.
Representation:
Manage all parties and execute process on the construction of mini power plant (9.9MW) project.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare construction plan and monitoring the process comply with required construction schedule.
• Manage the construction team and subcontractor to meet the target of company policy such as qualities, budget and schedule.

Representation:
Manage construction team and execute process on Chimney & Duct which is the specials structure, coordinate with special works suppliers such as “GLEITBAU SALZBURG GmbH.”- Subcontractor for Slipform & Heavy Equipments, “Hadek”-Supplier for Borosilicate lining work.
Position : Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for subcontractor requisitions and control progress of construction process.
• Arrange equipments and materials due to project schedule.
• Control construction cost and suggestion to fix cost on budget.
• Prepare necessary document of field engineering e.g. drawing, Construction Procedure, Method Statement, JHA and etc.
• Supervising the execution of construction activities to meet quality requirements of contract and preparing subcontracting requisitions.
• Providing solutions and suggestion to solve discrepancy items between engineering drawings and field.
• Perform quality inspection construction works including steel structure work, reinforcing concrete work and slipform work, summarization/collection of relevant inspection reports.
Coordinate with PMC and Subcontractor for Inspection of All Materials and Equipments Installation Work, Site Preparation Works included Road, Fencing and Temporary Drainage Work, Concrete Foundation Work, Precast Structure Work, Earth Work and Boring Pile Work. And control quality documents system which conforms to ISO-9002 Standard
Responsibilities:
•Perform quality inspection of piling works, civil construction works, Equipments Installation, All Materials Inspection and summarization/collection of relevant inspection reports.
•Responsible for quality control inspections and sequencing of tests for all piling activities and construction activities.
•Verification of all inspection/test reports and measuring records.
•Supervision and identification of all construction equipment/tools/product during construction period.
Control construction teams of site engineers and supervisors and execute the construction process of Boring Pile Work (Wet Process), Postension Flat Slab and Precast Structure and Architectural works
Responsibilities:
•Assisting project manager to prepare construction plan and performing construction works.
•Supervising the execution of civil construction activities and piling activities to meet quality requirements of contract.
•Revise drawing to make sure and check quantities of construction materials modified.
•Check quantities of construction works modified to estimate the cost of variation works.
•Distribution and control of all civil construction drawings.
•Preparation the calculation of structural modified works, form works and scaffolding.
•Providing solutions and suggestion to solve discrepancy items between engineering drawings and field.
•Summarization/collection of safety reports.
Estimate, take-off materials and control construction teams of site engineers and supervisors or foreman and execute the construction process, quantity control by checking bills of quantity and manage the overall process from procurement of sub-contractors, project planning, design, review drawings and coordinate with designer and sub-contractors and M/E contractors in Asphaltic Concrete Pavement Work, Piling Work, RC. Structure Work, Earth Work, Steel Structure Work and Architectural works
