Duties & Responsibilities :
Managed and supervised a crew of 10 members team of labors and technicians at site.
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports and submitting it to client.
Lead the site maintenance function in a corrective and preventative manner
Making Quotations (tender, maintenance), Making PO (Local, international), Making cause & effect and zone charts for the gas system.
Performing monthly, quarterly, half yearly, and annually inspections for maintenance and submitting reports to government maintenance section and clients.
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
Inspect, operate and maintain Gas Systems, in entire plant
Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment fault
Preparing the material take off and any required quantity survey.
Studying, reviewing & Preparing Technical Queries, Field Change Documents
Supporting estimation and procurement team if needed.
Performs other related duties as may be required by direct manager
Coordinating with sub-contractors regarding manpower and equipment hiring.
Reviewing documents for potential conflict with other disciplines.
Preparing feasibility cost plans, preparing detailed cost plans, preparing tender documents including Bills of Quantities, Prepare and issue cost reports to the client, Prepare sketch drawings by AUTOCAD.
Assist with scheduling and ensure physical and electronic files and records are accurate and entered timely to meet reporting, compliance and audit standards.
Attending customer weekly progress meeting to discuss vital issues related to project.
In-depth general Freight Forwarding experience in all transport modes, including procedures, documentation, Carrier capabilities, quotations etc.
Specific Oil & Gas related Freight Forwarding experience
Has equally office and site based experience
Sending enquiries to suppliers to get best quote
Well known about the process from starting till the completion of the project.
Making all the required documents for the project to be uploaded on government sites, manually or by online submission
Arranging all the required documents from the client
Checking material availability by 2 weeks looks ahead schedule and prepare material request, site store monitoring, recieving and issuance.
Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works.
Prepare the construction method statements and risk assessments, and develop work methods and temporary works necessary for your area
Follow up on the permanent work design and coordinate this with the site.
Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications.
Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals and follow-up of the approval process.
Follow-up on the deliveries and invoicing of these permanent materials
Demonstrate great ability to work effectively and efficiently in constantly changing business environment
Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to consultant for approvals.
Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
Assist in Quantity Take-Off for tenders
Sound ability to work on multiple projects independently
