Identifying potential customers and convenience them about bank products.
Selling of personal loans, credit cards, life insurance and all other personal banking facilities.
Introducing new clients to the bank and helping them to set up their account.
Having knowledge about the competitor and the market of the city.
Carrying on documentation and follow up to ensure disbursement on time.
Resolving customer queries/issues.
Place phone calls to potential customers to educate them on services and
Products offered by the bank.
Closing sales and making plans to gain repeat business.
Following up with existing customers to check their need in order to maintain a good relationship with the customers.
Ensuring that policy of the bank/ code of conduct is maintained all the time.
Maintaining confidential details of the customers as per policy.
Achieving daily and monthly targets individually and as a team.
Preparing daily sales report.
Handling retention process with the existing customers.
