Senior Manager Marketing & Business Development
• Assist Organization in reaching goals and objectives related to sales, productivity, profitability and industry penetration
• Manage the complete business activities for assigned Projects simultaneously in coordination with multiple departments
• Manage the complete sales and marketing activities for assigned projects directly & indirectly
• Provide support role in online advertising and spent in the form of PPC, SEO and Lead Generation
• Team management with respect to hiring, training, activation, sales, incentives, growth, closure and mentoring
• Leading a team of more than 30 members in sales, business development, project management and support in assigned projects
Responsibilities Included:
• Brand Activation with the help of Partners for China, US and UK regions
• Pricing and budgeting for services through Channel Partners
• Strategize for advertising and branding campaigns in China, US and UK regions
• Participate in Partner based exhibition and BTL activities
• Meet high global standards of company-wide Marketing & Branding in the local & international market through Channel Partners
• Develop, Lead, & Implement Marketing/Branding strategies aligned with the organizational objectives in Global Market
• Manage, conduct and Lead Outdoor Events, Conventions & Corporate Events on behalf of the organization
• In-depth analysis and impact of the initiated Marketing plans directly & in-directly on Sales and Revenues
• Cost Planning, Break-even & ROI Analysis in order to get approvals on the budget from the top management
Responsibilities Included:
• Business Acquisition - Identify new customers and leads in order to mature business opportunities
• Sales Management - Plan, Organize & Implement Sales programs and initiatives on behalf of the company
• Key Account & Portfolio Management - Manage Key Account Portfolio and perform direct and indirect Sales
• Team Management - Lead from the front to devise & surpass quarterly & monthly Sales Targets of my teams
• Training & Development - Coaching Team Leads/Sales staff to ensure smooth operations and successful results
• Coordination with cross functional teams in order to ensure highest level of pre-sales & post-sales service delivery
• Conduct & participate in management meetings in order to discuss plans & initiatives to improve the overall Sales
• Reporting directly to Head of Sales and presenting Sales Progress Reports on bi-monthly basis
• Prepare Revenues, Forecast and other necessary reports as and when required by the senior management
• Identifying challenges and take corrective actions in order to prevent or resolve issues within the department
