• Successfully Managed Central Distribution Center (CDC) and Warehouse, product inflow from sources, outflow to 500+ retail outlets and 13 wholesale depots.
• Stock Put away as per Inventory Classification (ABC) to make eficient and efective daily operations.
• Dispatch Order Management (Master Order, Pick & Pack, Consolidation of shipments, Dispatch).

• Setup layout & space management, work organization chart, procedures such as SOP.
• Manage stock control, the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods, shipment loading & transferring, document record keeping and data entry into system.

• I have increased the existing warehouse space by 44% within available resources by re-engineering of racking system at CCL Pharma.
