As a sales manager I was responsible for meeting the sales targets of the company by leading the sales team. I was also responsible for brand promotion. My duty was to ensure the sales team is delivering the desired results. Motivating the sales team and maintaining and improving the relationships with the clients.
Responsible for achieving sales target for the lights department. Brand promotions and induction of the specifications in the projects. Proper reporting of the progress to the senior management. Maintaining and developing customer relations. Some times helping the technical team during the installation and commissioning.
