JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing complete orders for delivery based on company procedure
Follow the FIFO method for delivery.
• Preparing Delivery Note For Customers Delivery
• Preparing Sales Return Note ( SRN ) against return material From Customers
• preparing Goods Received Note ( GRN ) Against Received Material From Suppliers
• Goods Receiving.
• Check Goods Received Quantities & Specification against packing list
• Communicate With Customers Regarding Delivery
• Checking Physically Stock And Specification With Oracle ( Company ) Software Qty ( Monthly, Surprise & Annual ) & Audit with Stock Controller
• Keeping Inventory Of All Materials.
• Maintaining Files For Warehouse Transaction Documents
• Reporting Any Discrepancies
• Arranging Space For Material Arrangement
• Preparing production report Of Tyre
• Preparing Delivery Schedule
• Managing the Loading and Off Loading Vehicles
• Inform regarding the Defective or Damaged & Available Stock

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Goods Receiving.
• Check Goods Received Quantities & Specification against purchase order
• Preparing Purchase Invoices Against Received Material From Suppliers
• Preparing Delivery Note For Customers Delivery
• Preparing Sales Invoices For Customers Delivery
• Preparing Sales Return Note ( SRN ) Against Return Material From Customers
• Inventory Control, Monitoring Stock Moment (Checking Physically Stocks )
• Preparing Daily & Monthly Stock Report
• Reporting Any Discrepancies
• Maintaining Files For Store Transaction Documents
• Arranging Space For Material Arrangement
• Supply Goods to the Customers based on company procedure
