Accountable for working closely with all F&B operators to facilitate their operation
Responsible for overall financial and customer service performance of the F&B category, identifying trends and taking actions to ensure delivery against a stretching business plan; providing input to a timely performance report for the F&B category
Responsible for holding regular action orientated trading and business performance reviews; producing analytical revenue reports on monthly basis; supervising the service delivery, food hygiene, product quality, product range, marketing, safety, licensing and financial performance of F&B clients
Supporting the F&B category input for each terminal’s merchandise strategy; planning ahead for al F&B contracts expiries including the identification and delivery of new space to support business growth
Facilitating all F&B projects and approvals internally and externally and developing quarter business category performance reports. Ensuring guidelines and standards of Commercial Unit are met through cross coordination between the Units, vendors, and other departments
Communication and feedback follow up vendor cases and liaising with other departments to ensure completion of tasks. Evaluating vendors and vendor services; maintaining retail vendor’s related database to utilize and obtain best return on investment
Doing regular quality health check up rounds (hygiene, safety, standards, etc) deal efficiently with any customer feedback, investigating the root cause of complaints; conducting regular outlet inspections and preparing inspection monthly reports
Handling entire tender process
Preparation of the concession agreements, CCLs etc
Monitoring monthly sales and revenue share, preparing monthly reports for the same
